The Illustrator app keeps crashing on iPadOS 26.4.2.

Adobe needs to do the right thing.
1. Remove the app
2. Fix the app
3. Refund app users
4. Offer 1 year credit to app users
5. Offer 1 year credit to use another compatible app

I just got this invite from Adobe - see below.
Adobe please fix the APP from Crashing! We are Paying for a service that is NOT WORKING!
Adobe needs to warn app users that the APP IS NOT WORKING!

I am beyond frustrated. For the past four months, the Illustrator app on iPad has been completely unusable. It keeps crashing when trying to open or create projects, import/export fails constantly, and cloud synchronization corrupts files.

This is happening on both official releases and pre-release/beta versions, across various iPad models. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, updated iPadOS, and nothing helps. Standard support just closes tickets with generic replies, and bug reports go into a black hole.

Users are losing hours of work and commercial projects. It has been 4 months with zero actual fixes from Adobe. What are we paying for? When will this critical architecture and sync bug finally be resolved?

We need a real update and a permanent fix, not automated brush-offs.

I have a solution to solving this problem.
Have the Adobe people tell me what Software program to study for to get a job at Adobe and then assign me this ticketed request to fix the problem.

23 days ago, I posted about the Illustrator app crashing. And to be clear it’s NOT the iPad Software.
We are professionals paying for a service that is not being provided. This is extremely frustrating.
Anyone out there having any success with the Illustrator App working on a PC Tablet or platform.

Having this SAME issue with illustrator on the iPad. I can’t open any files or do anything without the software crashing. I have an iPad Air with a terabyte of space, what gives Adobe?

For me, whenever I plug my iPad (9th Gen) into the charger, after a few moments it causes Adobe Fresco to crash or record 1000+ brush strokes within one stroke of the pen...and yes, these new updates are draining my battery with ease...leaving me not enough time to do projects and I can’t plug it in cause it overheats and crashes the app!
