18.4 - some toolbar UI displays 1/4 size of tool window

A New Windows laptop with 18.4 x64 installed displays certain toolbar windows (CC Library and Share for review tools) as 1/3-1/4 sized either. They can appear within the frame or outside the frame (but locked in movement with the tool frame)

Try trashing preferences:

Or check display options - there is option controlling scale of the UI - and also GPU acceleration.

    Thank you, these didn't work, but in the end, I just reinstalled the software, and it is now working fine.
