Adobe InDesign does not respond

Hi folks,

Since a few weeks, my InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. does not respond when trying to open the application for work. It takes super long and makes the whole workflow pretty painstacking. Does anyone know what to do or had the same issues?

Everything is updated, I already deinstalled and reinstalled everything, but nothing seems to be working.

Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind trying the suggestions shared in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/kb/slow-performance-indesign.html) and trying to launch InDesign under a different admin user account (macOS / Windows) and checking if it helps?

 

If the issue persists, kindly share some more information, like the exact version of the OS/InDesign installed on your computer, system configuration (CPU/GPU/Memory/Peripherals used), and a screen recording of the problem so we can investigate this further.

Have you tried logging out of CC app and logging back in?
