Cannot update Creative Cloud (Encountered Issues in updating Creative Cloud. Error Code 190)

Since yesterday I am no longer able to update CC.

I get "Encountered Issues in updating Creative Cloud. Error Code 190”.

Same Windows PC that I have used with CC since 2020.

I am able to update InDesign, though.

Does anyone else have that problem ?
