Crash on launch after updating to InDesign 19.1

InDesign 19.1 crashes everytime after startup. I deleted all preferences and the folder in AppData but only a downgrade to 19.0.1 works for me.

We have started releasing InDesign 19.2, and we have fixed this issue since this is done in phases so, once available in your region, feel free to test and update this discussion if you need further assistance.     Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try the suggestions shared here. If this doesn't work, can you confirm the version of the operating system in use?

    Hi Rishabh,

     

    I've tried every suggestion. 

    I'm using Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2 with the latest updates.

    The beta-version from 19.1 worked without problems.

    Should I post the error report?

    Thank you for confirming. Please try reproducing the crash. Once InDesign crashes, please collect and share system logs. To share the logs, you can add it to a shared location like Google Drive or DropBox and share the link with us.
