Error 1003

Hi,

I have the following problem: When trying to update the creative cloud, the error code 1003 pops up. But when I am directed to the help site to search up my error, it says the eror does not exist?There is also no help number to call or any good and easy help and I need to be able to share the project  today.What can I do??

is there a description in the error dialog along with the number? Have you tried signing out and back in from Creative Cloud?
