Error Code 6 - Database / Datenbankfehler Fehlercode: 6 beim Öffnen einer Datei

Ich habe ein Problem beim Öffnen meiner Indesign Datei. Ich habe ziemlich viel Arbeit da rein gesteckt. Jetzt lässt sie sich nicht mehr öffnen.

Error Code 6: Could not complete your request because of a database error.

Fehlercode: 6 - Datenbankfehler

Die Meldung hängt anbei.

Ich nutze Mac M3 Pro unter MacOS Sequoia 15.6.1 und Indesign 2025 20.5

Andere Datei lassen sich öffnen. Die Datei habe ich bereits auf meinem Schreibtisch gespeichert und umbenannt.

Kann jemand versuchen, die Datei zu öffnen und als IDML zu speichern?
