GRACoL2006_Coated1v2.icc profile not allowing the black color of choosing

Hello! I installed the print shop's GRACoL2006_Coated1v2.icc profile and since then my black pages and black text have different CMYK values that I cannot change back to the original values I set up because they are not being saved. I have tried multiple times to change them back, but only some pages get saved. After I reopen the file it seems like random pages are saved and the others are not. I saved them every time. Why is this happening and what can I do? Thank you!

When you say you "installed" it, how exactly did you do that? Did you visit Photoshop's Color Settings dialog box and set up a new CSF featuring the use of that profile? Did you also adopt that in InDesign's Color Settings?
