Question

Help me GREP it right

Is there a way to write a GREP that would remove 'Space after' paragraph when a paragraph is followed by a particular style, in this case, when followed by my 'Bullets' style for bulleted lists. I would also want to apply this GREP to said bulleted style for the bulleted list when followed by level 2 and level 3 bullets style.

Now wondering if ChatGPT can write GREPs?...

I believe your scenario is like screenshot, the paragraph preceding the bullets could share the same style (body) as others. If so, I typically handle with 2 paragraph styles. Keep in mind, a GREP style can apply a character style, which does not control the space after attribute.

What you ask for is already built into paragraph styles > Indents and Spacing, or do I misunderstand?

Sorry I should explained better. I have a body paragraph style on which I have set the desired space after amount. It is when I have a bulleted list following the body style that I dont want the space after.
