How to Ensure Parent Page Items are Properly Tagged in an ADA PDF in InDesign?

Wondering if anyone knows how to have an item (logo or text box) that is on a Parent Page and properly tagged respect that tagging when creating an ADA PDF. It seems items on the Parent Pages are ignored.

That solution read as unlocking / over-riding the parent page items. That is not what I want to do. That seems to defeat the point of a parent page item.

Repeating items are supposed to be artefacted, so you can detach the logo once, say on the first page and add the Alt text. Once is enough for such a repeating item.
