InDesign 2021 images not previewing

I have installed the latest version of InDesign and now some images in my InDesign documents are not previewing in the document, it looks like they're not there but when I export the document the images are perfect. Anyone know how to resolve this?

Hi Roland,

will they show if you switch to High Quality Display and Overprint Preview?

What kind of images are they? Will it work if you place them again?

 

What's your operating system and hardware specs of your machine?

If on Mac try to turn off GPU support in the preferences of InDesign.

It seems to be happening randomly on different images in different documents. Working on a mac (Mojave system), memory 16GB.
