InDesign Document Crashes only for One Person

There is a shared Indesign document that works for two people, but not the third. All have different computers. The person having problems has tried exporting the document to IDML, uninstalling and reinstalling InDesign. They even contacted IT who couldn't figure the issue out and did all sorts of updates to the computer itself. The full error message is attached. Most of the error message is below. I had the full error message below but when I went to post it, I got a message "Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body." Wasn't sure if what was taken out would explain everything.

To me that "Citrix Indirect Display Adapter" is a hint that some kind of virtualization is used.

Do the "different computers" of the other two people run the same way?

The crash is where your selection changed, and a CFontStyleObserver updates a fonts widget, likely dropdown. That this call is wrapped by UI_PopupModalDialog::RelayoutEve on both sides is weird, could be an unexpected recursion, or a misleading symbol. Were you opening that dropdown?

Since font UI is involved, I'd check the machines for differences in installed fonts.

Hi @Meghan36339021jl3p,

Looks like it is a shared file saved on some network location. Could you please save a copy of this document on the affected system and try opening it from there?

Regards,
