Indesign keeps flashing after latest update

After the latest update, indesign keeps flashing when I move things, I'm unable to adjust the GPU settings as they're not enabled on my Macbook Pro M2 2022 model?!

    If you're on macOS Sonoma then users report similar issues. Try to disable rulers - it helped some users. If it doesn't help then you may need to revert back to Ventura as InDesign doesn't officially support Sonoma yet.
