InDesign Review Links not working anymore

Question

Our workflow with clients was to publish InDesign files online, collect all of their comments, implement, publish again....

Now, since about a week ALL of our links are not working anymore and we get a 404 or 401. Sometimes, accessing those links in incognito browser works again, however even then the comments don't map to specific locations in the document.

So, this is a serious issue for us. We trusted the online reviewing feature 100% and it made life so much easier. What is currently happening? Or other users also having this issue?
