InDesign Share for Review file linked not working

This includes older files that never had issues. I've done all the recommended steps — even uninstalled InDesign, losing created workspaces in the process.

 

Clients are waiting. What is the solution, Adobe?

There are currently widespread issues with Share for Review (or at least there still were a few hours ago). You can check existing threads such as these ones:
