Indesign windows bug on a 2nd screen.

Hello, all of a sudden, it's impossible to move text and image blocks or move pages with the mouse, when I switch my indesign window to my 2nd screen. My mouse turns into a "crossed out circle".
I can only make changes with the arrows on my keyboard...
When I go back to my principal screen, everything is normal. 
I have already reinstalled indesign and its preferences, I don't have any locked layers. I am on labtop HP spectre, windows 11 24H2 update 02/01/25.
