Issue exporting PDF in InDesign

I am having a lot of issues exporting a PDF of my thesis from InDesign. The text, once exported, ends up looking like gibberish, I will attach a jpeg of what it's supposed to look like, one of what it actually looks like when I export a PDF, or a PDF from my package, and the justification settings.

- My workplace is set to: Book.
- The font I used is : Neue Haas Grotesk Text Pro (OTF) Regular.
- My workplace is set to: Book.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. I'm pretty desperate at this point, so thank you in advance.

not sure you want the single word set to full justify..?

I have tried to recreate but can't 🤔 🤔

Have you tried using a different font and testing it then, just in case it is something to dop with that?
