Issue with 'Go to Previous Spread' Button in InDesign 2025 for RTL Languages

Hello

Adobe Indesign 2025 is here.

I am using Indesign 2025 wuth English یدعم العربیۃ۔ and work mostly in Arabic, English, Presian and Urdu languages or RTL languages.

Go to Previous Spread button not working Indesign 2025.

 

Please resolve.

    While not related to your particular issue, this makes me also wonder if you experience crashes when using the Redo command, as another ME user reported:

    Bug:
    Version Adobe Indesign 2025
    Version (20.0.x64) 
    Windows 10 and Windows 11.

    I am using Indesign 2025 with English یدعم العربیۃ۔ .
    Working in RTL Languages. I work in Arabic, English, Presian and Urdu.
    Specific problem is:
    Go to Previous Spread button not working in Indesign 2025.

    Hi @kenia_5255 ,

    can you tell if this command is working with a document that is not set up for RTL languages?

    Just tested with my German InDesign 2025 version 20.0.0.95 on macOS where I cannot see the issue.

    Not in documents with RTL page binding, not in documents with LTR page binding.

     

    Will it work with InDesign 2024 on your machine?

    This is a problem about RTL page binding.
    All was perfectly fine in Adobe InDesign 2024 ME version (RTL setup). Windows 10, 11.
    All is well and working fine in lastest Adobe InDesign 2025 ME version (RTL setup). Windows 10, 11.
    Just one error or bug i am facing... when I write a text in Urdu, Persian.... Move to Previous spread does NOT work.
    Though the short cut of Move to Previous spread alt+pageup works perfectly.

    There is NO PROBLEM in Move to NEXT Spread.
    OK?

    You'd have to include a lot more details - like screenshots - your system OS and your specific setup (language/version of InDesign)

     

    If you share more details here perhaps we can help you - but if it's truly a bug then please report it as such.

    Thank you for the reply but this link is taking me nowhere where i can post the complaint this basic feature.
