Keeping links when uploading IndDesign Projects to Adobe Cloude

Hello,

I am a System team leader, 

One of our department using InDesignInDesign based on Mac machines.

So far the InDesignInDesign files stored in our local storage.

We are thinking  about uploading the files to Adobe cloude.

offcurse we have to keep the links and our question what is the procedure to do it

Hi @Adi25739196ul4u , to keep link status as Normal, and work remotely you would have to set up job folders in your Creative Cloud Files folder. Files in the CCF folder automatically sync to your cloud account and you can invite other CC users to also sync. See this thread for details:

When you say upload documents to the Adobe Cloud… Are you referring to Creative Cloud Files? Creative Cloud Libraries? Adobe Publish Online? If your InDesign file contains hyperlinks, they will be retained. If you mean links to placed graphics in the InDesign file, they will be retained but they will point to the original location from which you placed them. If you want them to link to a location in Creative Cloud, you'll need to update those links.

It's gonna be an hard work to update so many many links.

We have 3 TB of files
