New page moves an all following pages text frames

Since one of the last updates, I can no longer insert pages into an Indesign document without the text frames on the following pages shifting to the right or left. I know the following discussion (https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign-discussions/new-spread-in-document-causes-all-text-frames-after-the-new-page-to-move-toward/m-p/10713049), but the solution does not work. Any ideas?

I have found a workaround: If I do not use the + button in the page menu, but the right mouse button and add an even number of pages, then all frames remain stable. However, this is not a satisfactory solution.

Could you let me know which version of InDesign you are using and the details of your operating system?
Is this issue happening with just this particular document, or are other files also affected?
