Newly published documents created in ID 19 version, where objects (such as images) were missing

I was sent to this link from another thread concerning the issues publishing online...have tried every suggested solution that has been offered up to this point from other threads and comments and I feel like I'm going around in circles. I have tried delete/reinstall, check proxy settings, networks, sign out, etc. This feature was working just fine 2 days ago and now it gets stuck in the progress bar "Preparing your document to be published online" and I have to force quit. I have the latest 19.2 InDesign 2024 and MacOS Sonoma 14.3.
