Question

This is a lightroom cloudy feature not classic so perhaps you’re not getting much help since you posted in the classic forum. Classic does not yet have this feature.

Anyway, if you are in the recently added screen in one of the folders there, you won’t see the newly generated upscaled versions as they come in in a separate folder in recently added. They are automatically imported though. So check the recently added section.

    Hi @이도훈

Sorry for the delayed response. The generated image should appear in the stack or filmstrip after processing completes, so the first thing I’d like to confirm is whether the newly generated version is showing up for you before export. It would also help to know whether you are exporting the generated version or the original photo, since that can make a difference if the upscaled result has not fully finished processing yet.

Could you share a few details so we can narrow this down?

    1. What version are you on?
    2. What is the original file type and size before upscaling?
    3. After Generative Upscale finishes, do you see a new generated version in the stack or filmstrip?
    4. What export format are you using, and what resolution does the exported file show in its properties?
    5. Does this happen with every image or only specific files?

If you can provide that information, it will help us determine whether this is a workflow issue, a file-state issue, or something else.
