Backup does not work

Dear to All,

 

for a photographer I had to set up a new computer with Windows 11.

We had installed Lightroom Classic Version 6.14, because all had worked on the old computer.

 

Unfortunately, we can no longer make a backup.

Please have a look to the screenshots.

 

Lightroom could not save the catalog.

I have tried an other folder and a folder on a empty harddrive.

Try resetting your Lightroom preferences:

Quit Lightroom Classic.
MacOS: Press and hold the Shift + Option keys.
Windows: Press and hold the Shift + Alt keys.
While holding down the keys, launch Lightroom Classic.
When asked, select "Yes".

Versuch mal das Backup auf den Desktop zu machen, und nicht nach \Appdata\Roaming.

Danke für den Vorschlag, aber auch das hatten wir schon probiert.

Hatte sogar versucht eine leere Festplatte mit einem neuen Ordner anzusprechen - leider keinen Erfolg
