Constant freezing LrC

For the past 2 weeks, my LrC has been freezing either when cropping, moving to the next image or during editing adjustments. This has caused a huge delay in my workflow.
I have been doing all the new updates and even checking my PC for updates.

How can this be fixed?

Try to disable the GPU – Edit > Preferences > Performance – set Use Graphics Processor to Off.

If this fixes the issue, make sure you have the latest driver for your graphics card. If not, download it from the manufacturer's website and install it. Then try to turn the GPU back on.

If the GPU off doesn't work, try resetting your preferences:

Try resetting your Lightroom preferences:

Quit Lightroom Classic.
MacOS: Press and hold the Shift + Option keys.
Windows: Press and hold the Shift + Alt keys.
While holding down the keys, launch Lightroom Classic.
When asked, select "Yes".
