Doubling the keyword after editing in PS

I output the image from LR Classic for editing in Photoshop 2024 with the correct keyword:

After saving in PS and back in LR, the keyword was duplicated:

Thanks to GoldingD for his note on upper/lower case sensitivity, I was finally able to solve the problem (!):
