falla en máscaras de lightroom

no se puede trabajar con las máscaras, no encuentra el sujeto ni el fondo, cuando lo busca se traba todo el sistema. no funciona nada, y tengo que apagar la computadora

gracias! pero no es eso. En cámara raw si funciona, pero desde que
actualicé lightroom no funciona, ni siquiera volviendo a las versiones
anteriores. lo que no funciona es búsqueda
de sujeto y de fondo, las otras si.

Quit Lightroom Classic.
macOS: Press and hold the Shift + Option keys.
Windows: Press and hold the Shift + Alt keys.
While holding down the keys, launch Lightroom Classic.
When asked, select "Yes".
