How to store Preset/Profiles so they can install easily on other computers

I have created some preset/profile combinations for use with Lightroom Classic (mac user). I want these to be easily installed on other computers and I've realized now that I have recently switched computers that these are not working properly. 

 

I have 6 presets that are each based on their own profile that I made in photoshop. I can't figure out how to "package" these so they move easily computer to computer.

Should I have my presets in a compressed folder with a folder inside of that containing the profiles? Presets and profiles are both .xmp files right? How does lightroom know which is a preset and which is a profile?
