Question

IMO- Whenever I see the words "One Drive" or "Dropbox" or any (3rd party) version of Cloud storage in  posted questions, I cringe. The Lr-Classic user is bound for problems- unless they have advanced understanding of these facilities.

Note the exact wording in the Help file-  It does not include "One Drive" , etc.

    5. Tell Lightroom Classic where to put your photos.

On the right side of the import window, click To and specify where you want to save your copied photos. You can select a location on your hard drive, on an attached external drive, or on a networked drive.

Now, I deleted all my maps in one drive. But now Lightroom also deleted all my presets.

    How can I recover them?

    Thanks for help!

"Deleting" was probably the wrong thing to do.

Setting 'One Drive' to keep a 'Local' version of all the files on your hard-drive might have been the answer. (I do not use 'OneDrive' so unfamiliar with its settings).

You may be able to restore Preset files from your system backups. (You do make backups, don't you?)

I store all my purchased and downloaded presets in a regular 'documents' folder - always available to restore (if needed) and always included in system backups.

Sorry I cannot be of more help.

Lightroom (Lr icon) or Lightroom Classic (LrC icon)?

Please state the exact version NUMBER of your Lightroom Classic. Please state the exact version NUMBER of your operating system. We need the version NUMBERs and not words like "latest" or "up-to-date".

Try resetting the preferences of Lightroom Classic:  https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/setting-preferences-lightroom.html

Backup your preferences prior to resetting the preferences:

I tried to reset the preferences of Lightroom Classic, but unfortunately it didn't help.

    Still the same problem.
