Lightroom Classic (12.3) , Denoise Works Intermittently

Same result on two differnt Mac work stations (OS 12.2 maxed RAM). Hit the 'Denoise' button progress bar flashes on the screen and...nothing. I have Purged Cache, toggled GPU, rebooted...thoughts?

Quit Lightroom Classic.

macOS: Press and hold the Shift + Option keys.

Windows: Press and hold the Shift + Alt keys.

While holding down the keys, launch Lightroom Classic. 

When asked, select "Yes".
