Lightroom Classic 13.0.01 not synching with Lightroom Mobile v.9

Since the new updates my Lightroom Classic has not been synching with my lightroom app on Ipad. Both are up to date. I am having to rebuild the synch data frequently. Has anyone else run into this?

    And now when I rebuild the synch data I am losing edits. This is unacceptable and putting me behind for clients. Adobe??
