  1. Version of the app:

Lightroom Classic, version 11.4.1, build 202206241800-b406ce4c

2. Platform and OS version:

Windows 10,

AMD Ryzen 5 1600X Six-Core Processor 3.60 GHz,

32 GB of RAM,

Radeon RX 560 graphics card.

3. Basic steps to reproduce the problem:

In Lightroom Classic select two pictures then click from the top menu Photo Merge -> Panorama.

4. Expected result and actual result:

Expected result:

Panorama window opens offering preview of panorama along with different options to to choose.

Actual result:

After clicking Photo Merge -> Panorama, Lightroom Classic freezes, the window to create panorama doesn't even open.

I just updated Lightroom and Windows to the latest version and the problem didn't go away.

I am also attaching screenshot of threads from Lightroom Classic process from Task Manager, if that may help.

First thing to try when LR crashes: Try resetting your Lightroom preferences:

Quit Lightroom Classic.
MacOS: Press and hold the Shift + Option keys.
Windows: Press and hold the Shift + Alt keys.
While holding down the keys, launch Lightroom Classic.
When asked, select "Yes".

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.
