Lightroom Classic Running Slow on MacBook Pro 16 with M2 Max (64GB ram and 2TB ssd)

Hello to all, 

I have a problem with Lightroom Classic (instead Photoshop, also beta, Adobe Bridge and Lightroom mobile work well).

I have tried to optimized my Lightroom following the guide https://helpx.adobe.com/it/lightroom-classic/kb/optimize-performance-lightroom.html, trying to increase the cache camera raw to 50GB, creating 1:1 during importing, creating a new catalogue every time and so on. But nothing to do.

After edited 40~50 raw files, Lightroom goes slow until to freeze ( in that moment all Mac freezes). This happens in Develop Mode or Library. This happens also scrolling the catalogue without develop the picture. 
I have to close Lightroom, reopen it. For the first 40-50 pictures is fast and then again slow.

In this condition is impossibile to work! I have to develop 500 pictures every days (edit raw file, apply mask and so on).  How could I solve? 
I've been to Apple and the computer has no problems. The catalogues are on internal ssd. And I don't use external monitor.
