Since the updqte to &é.(, Adobe Center has removed the link to the app and I see it as "Try" as if it was not in my plan. I have the Photography plan, Im supposed to have access to Photoshop and Lightroom.

I donùt care about Photoshop, but I can still use it... What happened here???

Check your Version of the CC Desktop App. You may need to upgrade it if not at Version 5.11.0.522

Are you Signed-In with the correct User ID for your subscription?

You could try and 'Repair' the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App that might fix your problem-

Note that to 'Repair' you proceed as if you were un-installing the CC App, but select 'Repair' as in Step 4) in this link-

https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

To Contact Adobe for install help-

Contact adobe support by clicking here- https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

In the chat field (lower right of screen), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your ad-blockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.3, Photoshop 27.5, ACR 18.3, Lightroom 9.3, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.3 .

Thx. Couldn't find the optiosn to repqir de Qdibe Creqting Cloud Desktop App, but oddly, today, the "Try" changed to an "Open", so it works again, but no clue why... Very strange!

Thanks for the pointer to get in touch with Adobe, I'll try that next time an app fails!

Apparently the current update for LrC fails to create a shortcut on the desktop and the previous shortcut gets deleted. Is this your issue? Simply create a new shortcut.

No, the shortbuts get deleted and in my account, the app is shown as "Try",
not open, and I can't do anything else. If I try to try it, it says I
already have it.
Don't they try their stuff before deploying things? That's why these ways
of handling software are crap.

"Don't they try their stuff before deploying things?"

If the problem had happened to everyone, you might have a point: but most of us are just fine - which kinda suggests that Adobe did test the release before go-live, and you're just part of a tiny subset of unlucky users.
