Lightroom crashes pc

Lightroom crashes pc when started askes for different library then freezes pc before am able to comply.

Have reverted to earlier version , completley reinstalled Lightroom , clean installed Graphic drivers, but no change. need help.

Quit Lightroom Classic.
MacOS: Press and hold the Shift + Option keys.
Windows: Press and hold the Shift + Alt keys.
While holding down the keys, launch Lightroom Classic.
When asked, select "Yes".

Computer freezing/crashing is almost always due to a bad driver (Graphics driver, Motherboard driver, etc.) or hardware malfunction. The first thing I would suggest is to install (or re-install) the latest version of your graphics driver. If that doesn't work, re-install all other drivers, and then run deep diagnostics on your hardware.
