lightroom crashing

Ive just downloaded LIghtroom on a 7 day trial but everytime I try and run through a tutorial the program crashes, very frustrating! Im on Windows 11

Quit Lightroom Classic.
MacOS: Press and hold the Shift + Option keys.
Windows: Press and hold the Shift + Alt keys.
While holding down the keys, launch Lightroom Classic.
When asked, select "Yes".
