Lightroom Map Search no longer works

Since the last updaate on my iMac, 11.3.1, I can no longer search for locations on the map.  I get a picture of the entire world, when I type in a location and press enter, I get a "Searching" pop-up and rotating circle that runs for about 5 to 10 seconds, only to disappear.

Any tipps that I can try would be great.

I finally got it to work, I installed Onyx and did a spotlight index along with cache deletion.  After a re-boot LR-Classic Map function is working again.

Currently I have the same problem as described above (on a windows system). I tried the suggested measures but to no avail. In detail:
1. I can zoom in very close to the locations.
2. Does not apply: Windows Home 11 Version 10.0.22631  Build 22631, 32 GB RAM,

3. I resetted the LR preferences (LR Version is 13.3)

I used "Wash and go" to clean the PC. It freed 62 GB of storage.
Then after restarting the PC LR CC still does not deliver results when using the "Search Map" function.

Any further suggestions?

Please update to 13.3.1. This is an old bug report, but the issue recurred in 13.3 and was fixed in 13.3.1, which was released yesterday.

Initial troubleshooting steps:

1. Can you zoom in very close to the locations you are searching for and to other locations on the map?

2. Something changed in Mac OS 12.3.1, and many people are finding they need to grant LR Full Disk Access -- otherwise, LR can act in unpredictable ways. See:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-classic-discussions/quick-tips-how-to-give-full-disk-access-to-lightroom-classic-on-macos/m-p/12913413

3. Try resetting LR's preferences:

LR sometimes soils its preferences file, and resetting it can fix all sorts of wonky behavior. That article explains how to restore the old preferences if resetting doesn't help.

Glad you got it working. Do you know which cache files it deleted?
