Lightroom/Photoshop: Unable to print A3 and A3+ on a Canon Pixma Pro 10s (Mac OS)

When printing form Lightroom (print module) I am unable to print anything different from A4 on my Pixma  Pro 10s.

I set the page size to A3 but when printing I get only a part of the image printed (roughly corresponding to an A4, see result image).

I've also tried to print from Photoshop and got the same result.

I've been in contact with Canon support which told me that the problem should come from Adobe as printing in A3 and A3+ works well with the following tools :

- Printing from Canon Print Studio Pro ;

- Printing from Canon DPP ;

- Printing through the Driver in Apple's Aperçu.

Versions :

Mac OS-X : 10.12.4

Lightroom : 2015.9 (had the same with 2015.8)

Canon Driver : 16.12.0.0

Has there been a solution to this problem? I'm experiencing very similar printing problems

Go to Print > New Template
Name the template and keep it as User Template.

Make sure the A3+ paper is already setup on the printer

Go to Layout on the right Panel and open up the cell size height and width.

I have reviewed with engineering and we will investigate further on our end. Thanks for your help.

I think I was on an other printer and changed it to the Canon Printer (not sure but I'm sure I wasn't on Any Printer).

I've tried again and this time I was already on my printer and didn't had to change.
Had the exact same behavior as previous test.

Did you have to change the the pulldown from Any Printer to your current printer or was it set that way already?

"Go to [Page Setup...] button
Make sure the printer isn't set to "Any Printer""

Rikk,

I've just tested.
So I open the PDF through preview (note : opening the PDF through the [Print settings] button dit not work - nothing  append- and I had to do it through the [Printer] Button).
In Preview, the image looked as expected and printing in preview worked (I got the same image as previewed).

Seems that Lightroom do not send the right page size to the printer.

I'll let you know how the print comes out.

However, if the problem is outside Lightroom's control, it's still Adobe related as the printing of images from other software works well. I've tested printing the same image from Canon Print Studio Pro, Canon DPP and Apple's Preview and it worked well.
The problem is only met when I print from Lightroom via the Print Module and from Photoshop.

If the Preview looks 'as expected' then the problem may be outside of Lightroom's control (OS or Canon driver). I am interested to see how your print comes out. That will tell us for sure.

I will try to print the preview later (I don't have access to my printer right now).
