Lightroom/Photoshop: Unable to print A3 and A3+ on a Canon Pixma Pro 10s (Mac OS)

When printing form Lightroom (print module) I am unable to print anything different from A4 on my Pixma  Pro 10s.

I set the page size to A3 but when printing I get only a part of the image printed (roughly corresponding to an A4, see result image).

I've also tried to print from Photoshop and got the same result.

I've been in contact with Canon support which told me that the problem should come from Adobe as printing in A3 and A3+ works well with the following tools :

- Printing from Canon Print Studio Pro ;

- Printing from Canon DPP ;

- Printing through the Driver in Apple's Aperçu.

Versions :

Mac OS-X : 10.12.4

Lightroom : 2015.9 (had the same with 2015.8)

Canon Driver : 16.12.0.0

Laurent,

Let's perform a test.

Go to [Page Setup...] button
Make sure the printer isn't set to "Any Printer"

If it is, change it to your specific printer.

Set your paper size, etc. .

Next, go to [Print Settings...] button.
Bottom-left click the pulldown that says "PDF"
Set it to "Open PDF in Preview"
[Save]

Hit the [Print] Button

Does the preview look correct or is it like the sample you showed above?

Unfortunatly, I don't have an other A3 printer so I haven't been able to test this.

Have you tried the same operation using same configuration with any other printer from same or any other manufacturer? If yes, please let us know the results.

Have you checked to make sure you have the latest printer driver installed for your OS from Canon?

Thanks Rikk for the info.
Try it as soon as I get to my printer and let you know.

If that is the case, you should probably reset your preference file.

Close Lightroom.
Hold down [Opt]+[Shift] while relaunching Lightroom
Overwrite the preference file when prompted.
Close Lightroom
Restart your computer

Does the problem still exist?
