LR 13.3 Custom order not working anymore.

I no longer can sort images manually in LR.. I know I've had this problem with a previous version and I was able to deal with it by resetting presets/rebooting etc. but this doesn't seem to help now.  This is a real pain. There are prior posts from earlier versions reporting issues with custom order. I just tested the bug recipe for the referenced bug:

and it behaves correctly in my LR 13.3.  

 

Please provide detailed steps of what you're doing and what you're observing -- a full-resolution screenshot of the entire LR window (not a phone pic) often helps.

Thanks for checking into this. Unfortunately, I can't provide any more details now. I reinstalled LR 13.3 and it now seems to work just fine. Will update if it happens again. All I can say is that I was trying to drag pictures in a collection (not a smart one) into positions..      

 

separate issue but strangely, when I click on "create slideshow" the custom order in the collection falls apart and the slides are sorted in a different way!
