LR Classic Printing: cannot change to sheet paper from roll paper

Question

Hi - I have a problem with printing with an Epson SC-P5000 where I cannot select sheet paper. The respective option is permanently set to roll paper in the LR/Printer menu and greyed out. When I set to cut paper on the printer, LR overwrites it as soon as I submit the print job. LR Classic 13.0.1. MacOS Sonoma 14 on a Mac Mini M2. ICC Profile is from Canson (but I have tried the original Epson ones without an improvement). Thanks for any help!

A reoccurring MACOS oddity, perhaps. Epson Printer drivers going south. Have you tried removing the printer, then adding it back in?
