LrC does not open

Question

Salve, dopo aver cambiato il tipo di abbonamento LrC non si apre, clicco in continuazione sull'icona ma la rotella gira per poco e finisce lì. Ho già provato a disinstallare e reinstallare, non funziona comunque. Qualcuno sà come aiutarmi? Grazie mille

Hi, after changing the type of subscription LrC doesn't open, I keep clicking on the icon but the wheel spins for a while and it ends there. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still doesn't work. Anyone know how to help me? A thousand thanks

Try resetting your Lightroom preferences:

Quit Lightroom Classic.
macOS: Press and hold the Shift + Option keys.
Windows: Press and hold the Shift + Alt keys.
While holding down the keys, launch Lightroom Classic.
When asked, select "Yes".
