LRC Shuts down when attempting to open it

I have the Lightroom Classic 13.1 version and now every time I attempt to launch it, it shuts down with an error message stating, "Adobe Lightroom Classic has quit unexpectedly".  I also use an iMac and have recently updated the software to masOS Ventura Version 13.6.3.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled LRC as well as rebooted the computer, but the problem remains.

Does anybody know what the problem might be and how I cna resolve it.
