macOS Ventura und Lightroom classic 12.2.1 kein Sync mit den Import der Fotos

Is the NAS configured to connect wirelessly, or is it connected by wire? Have you recently updated the NAS's firmware?

Try these troubleshooting steps to fix any underlying permissions issues:

• Ensure Lightroom has all the required permissions on the macOS: https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-classic-discussions/quick-tips-how-to-give-full-disk-access...
  On macOS Ventura, the steps are slightly different. Search for 'Full disk access' in the search box in the macOS preferences.
• Try this step on the external/NAS drive.
  • Search for Disk Utility from Finder's spotlight search or magnifying glass.
  • Run 'First Aid' diagnostic on the external drive. Check this to learn more: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210898
  • Restart the computer
