P: "Copy settings" appears when i clicking in develop mode (Trio Office)

Hello!

Today i have a problem. When i try edit photos on lightroom classic develop mode, everywhere when i clicking apper window with "Copy settings"

I tried to resolve this problem with all ideas from internet, i tried old version of lightroom, new catalog, hotkeys, i disconect keyboard, mouse etc etc and nothing work!

I tried even if shortcut (CTRL+SHIFT+C) work but this shortcut DONT work ... What can be? Window from this shortcut apear only when i click anywhere on develop mode (1-2-3 clicks, depend)

Please, i need help fast!

Guys! I think (atleast for me) i found the problem!

I started the computer in safe mode + network.

I launch the lc and i try to find if the problem persist... but NO, problem dont apper on safe mode.

I turned computer out from safe mode, i launch lc and problem was there. So, some aplication send me thet error in lc...

After a lot of search, i found the aplication wich create problems in lc. Aplication was TRIO OFFICE (is for xls/world reader/edit etc). If i turn off this aplication, lc work correctly.

Thanks a lot for all and i hope u will resolve this weird problem.

Merci pour votre explication, mais je ne sais pas où trouver les apps démarrées à l'ouverture, ni où chercher cette appli "Orbital". Est-ce que quelqu'un peut m'expliquer comment faire cette manip'?

Bonsoir,
Je suppose que votre question porte sur un Mac, équipé d'une des dernières versions de MacOS

Le premier test à faire est celui d'un "démarrage sans échec"
redémarrez le Mac, en appuyant immédiatement sur la touche Maj et maintenez-la enfoncée jusqu'à apparition de la fenêtre de connexion.
appelez LR et vérifiez que le problème n'apparaît plus
dans ce cas, il y a bien conflit entre LR et une application démarrée à l'ouverture

Ensuite
Pour désactiver ces applications, dans les 3 dernières versions de MacOS, aller dans : Réglages > Général > Ouverture et extension > Zone "ouvrir avec la session". Sélectionnez une application de la liste. Avec le bouton -, supprimez là. Puis rédémarrez le Mac, et réessayez LR... jusqu'à trouver la "bonne" application (avec le bouton +, on peut remettre les applications).

Merci pour votre envoi, mais c'est un PC tournant sous W11. J'ai fait un
"reset" à l'ouverture de LRc, j'ai effectivement retrouvé les
particularités des tout premiers lancements, mais malheureusement la
fenêtre maudite continue à s'afficher... Et je n'ai pas compris à quoi
correspond l'Orbital que vous avez empêché de s'installer.
Avez vous une suggestion ?

I've been having problems for the last week, I'm using the updated Lightroom classic, while in develop mode, every time I click the mouse the copy box pops up, it also copies every mask I create or when cropping. I have changed my keyboard, checked for any conflicting programs, freed up space on my hard drive, updated, uninstalled and reinstalled, and nothing has resolved the problem.

This is incredibly frustrating and causing me to fall behind with my workload, can someone please help me resolve this problem

Lightroom - Cuando quiero "Copiar Ajustes" de una imagen, se bloquea teclado y no se puede seguir editando. Debo ejecutar "esc" para resumir la edicion. Como se resuelve?. Gracias.

Bonjour à tous,

J'utilise Ligthroom Classic sur Windows et depuis quelques jours j'ai un souci, la fenetres " copier les parametres" (raccourci ctrl +Maj+C) s'ouvre en boucle toute seule quand je suis dans le module Développement.

Voici ce que j'ai dejà essayé sans succès:

- Débrancher tous les prériphériques USB

- Crée un nouveau catalogue

- Réintialiser et supprimer Lightroom

- Mettre une ancienne version

- Désactiver le pavé tactile de l'ordinateur

Mais le probleme continue: dès que je sui en mode Développement, cette fênetre apparait sans que je touche aux touches de raccourci.

Auriez-vous une solution , Merci d'avance pour votre aide.

I’ve been experiencing a strange issue in Lightroom Classic. While I’m editing photos, every ~30 seconds a window pops up asking me if I want to copy settings to other photos. I do not press the Sync button or any related shortcut; the window just appears on its own.

I have already restarted my computer, but the problem persists. Could this be related to preferences or a bug in the current version?

Hello, I had some issue but after looking a lot on net I found that problem was Trio Office app, after unisntall all issues gone!

Title: Unexpected "Copy Settings" dialog opens in Develop module (sometimes causes crash)

Steps to Reproduce
• Open Lightroom Classic.
• Go to the Develop module.
• Perform a right-click anywhere in the interface (not only on a photo) — or sometimes just move the mouse quickly without clicking.
• The "Copy Settings" dialog unexpectedly appears.
Expected Result
• After a right-click, the correct context menu should open depending on where the click occurred.
• When simply moving the mouse, nothing should happen.
Actual Result
• The "Copy Settings" dialog opens unexpectedly, no matter where the click occurs.
• It blocks all further actions until manually closed.
• This happens very frequently.
• Sometimes Lightroom Classic completely crashes after this behavior.
Troubleshooting Tried
• Changed mouse and keyboard → issue persists.
• Tested with a new catalog → issue persists.
• Deleted preferences → issue persists.
• Uninstalled and reinstalled Lightroom Classic → issue persists.
• Disabled GPU acceleration → issue persists.
