Do NOT simply delete the miss-spelt keyword! You would have to find and keyword the photos all over again.

dj_paige is correct- In the Keyword List panel [Right-click] and {Edit Keyword Tag...} to change the spelling.

In the even that you might want to 'globally' change one keyword (A) to another keyword (B) then it is a simple process-

    1. Filter for all photos with keyword (A),   (Click the 'arrow' on the end of the keyword name line)

    2. Select ALL [Ctrl+A]

    3. Add Keyword (B) to photos,  (Click in the 'box' to add a tick on the beginning of the keyword name line)

    4. Remove keyword (A) from photos.   (Click in the 'box' to remove a tick on the beginning of the keyword name line)

You might also find it beneficial to use the 'Clear all suggestion lists' button which can be found in the Metadata panel of Catalog Settings.  As you'll see in below screenshot I turn the feature off as I find it to be more of a hindrance than a help, but others have a more positive view.

You can right-click on the keyword to change the spelling (I think it says "Edit") or you can remove the keyword from this right-click menu.
