S23-Ultra Videos are importing way to hot (Over Exposed)

It seems when I'm importing S23 Ulra Videos in lower resolutions they import way over exposed. I think the 4k versions are ok. They all look fine on my phone.

    Attach a short 4K video that looks ok and a lower-resolution video that does not to your reply here, and we can see if this issue occurs on other LR installations and file a bug report if it does. Make sure each clip is no more than 47 MB.

    Thanks I think I fixed it. It seems that Lighroom doesn't support the HEVC format which got switched on somehow.

    LR officially supports HEVC from Android and IOS devices:

    So it's presumably a bug that the S23 videos aren't being properly handled. Attaching a short sample video here would allow an actionable bug report to be filed with Adobe.
