System Crashes

Hi, I’ve been experiencing problems with Lightroom for two months now, while using it the computer freezes and crashes the system. I can not do anything, so each time I am forced to turn off by the power button or it reboots automatically.
I made all the updates of the Windows system, even the GPU (Nvidia Quadro P620), the computer is only 2 years old and I have practically no program installed apart from the adobe package so I do not think it is a problem of the system but maybe there is a bug in the latest version of Lightroom.
Can anyone tell me how you can fix it? Thanks

Check the Windows event browser for a critical error. Might be written in nerd speak, but it can help find the cause.

System crashes are almost always either a bad driver or a hardware malfunction.

Is there some action in Lightroom Classic that happens just before the system crashes, such as it always crashes when you are exporting?

If you have updated all the drivers, you need to run diagnostics on all of your hardware to try to find the problem.

Try resetting your Lightroom preferences:

Quit Lightroom Classic.
MacOS: Press and hold the Shift + Option keys.
Windows: Press and hold the Shift + Alt keys.
While holding down the keys, launch Lightroom Classic.
When asked, select "Yes".
