Voigtlander 12mm Lens Profile

I am using a Voigtlandr 12mm Leica mount on a Sony a7rii. Does anyone know where i might find a lens profile for LR Classic?

There is a Voigtlander 12mm profile available as shown below for raw image files. Is this the lens model you are using and are you using raw or JPEG files?
