Hey. My phone is totally destroyed and I need my Lightroom back. I have so many photos but most importantly my presets that I've bought. I've tried to log in but it's not showing up. I don't even know if I had an account on my last phone with Lightroom. I need help

Sounds like you were using the free version. That version stores its images and presets on the device. The only way to get them back is to restore a new phone from a backup of the old phone.
