Activated subscription on iPad but still dont have premium

Hello! This morning i tried to reactivate my monthly subsbription to lightroom for iPadOS. It froze right after payment (was loading forever) and now it works as the non paid version, so basically i can only view photos... when it pops up with "for this feature you have to pay" if you try to sobscribe again it gives you an error. If you try to restore subscriptions via settings it loads forever.... what can I do?

J'ai actuellement un problème avec l'application je n'arrive pas a accéder au niveau premium 2 jours après l'achat le service premium ne fonctionne toujours pas.  Réglez donc ce problème !

I'm guessing you are using Lightroom Mobile?

I have paid 170 for one month  lightroom upgrading premium. But it doesn't work .please clear the issue

Hello, 

 

My subscription for LR mobile is current, but I cannot use its features. When I try to unsubscribe and then resubscribe by restoring purchases, it tells me the subscription has already been purchased from the App Store with a different adobe ID.

ATTENTION EVERYONE, i seem to have found the solution (or it's just a coincidence). 
i don't have automatic updated activated for my iPad, so i did not know there was one available. Right after updating to 13.4.1 Lightroom began functioning normally; give it a shot, it worked for me

Hi there,

 

I am having the exact same issue as described here after renewing my premium subscription yesterday. I have also tried to go through the process to sort out the issue (restoring purchases, logging in and out, deleting app etc.) but nothing is working. When restoring purchases I get stuck on the same spinning wheel page, and nothing happens. Please could you assist?

As you may have seen just now in my previous reply to this thread, we think we've found and fixed the issue here.  We sincerely apologize for the interruption of service.  Please let us know if you are still not able to access Lightroom Premium service.

Paid for lightroom mobile premium, but saying it has expired. Checked bank account. This months Payment has already been taken. Won't let me renew in app. Help please?

I have the same problem. I purchased the premium edition a week ago, but my subscription remains invalid. Restore purchase function doesn't work.
